3.4 System Abuse

• Automated scraping: Using bots or scripts to extract large amounts of data
• Reverse engineering: Attempting to extract or replicate the AI models
• Security breaches: Attempting to hack, exploit, or bypass security measures
• Account sharing: Sharing login credentials with unauthorized users

3.5 Intellectual Property Violations

• Uploading copyrighted documents without permission
• Using the platform to plagiarize existing research
• Generating content that infringes on trademarks or patents
• Violating licensing terms of input materials

3.6 Commercial Misuse

• Reselling AI-generated content without disclosure
• Using the platform to mass-produce fraudulent research papers
• Offering "research generation as a service" using our infrastructure
• Violating subscription terms or payment obligations

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of PromptedVisions, you are responsible for:

• Treating AI outputs as drafts requiring human review and validation

5. Enforcement and Consequences

While we do not actively monitor all user activities, we reserve the right to:

• Review flagged or suspicious accounts
• Investigate reports of abuse
• Analyze usage patterns for violations
• Cooperate with legal authorities if required

5.2 Consequences of Violations

Depending on the severity of the violation, we may:

5.3 No Refunds for Violations

Important: If your account is suspended or terminated for violating this policy, no refunds will be issued for any paid subscriptions or credits.
