1. Project Disclosure

PromptedVisions is a self-built, AI-driven experimental software platform created and maintained solely by Igor Hayfetz. No external staff, human editors, or tutors contribute to the code, content, or outputs. The system designs, trains, and executes autonomously using artificial-intelligence agents under Igor Hayfetz's supervision.

All generated research papers, datasets, and visuals are machine-created, unverified, and not peer-reviewed.

2. Nature of the Service

• The platform produces AI-generated text and scientific documents.
• All outputs are automatically generated without human review.
• The service is provided "as is" for experimental, educational, and demonstration purposes.
• It is not a research organization, publisher, or academic authority.
• No guarantee of accuracy, reliability, or factual correctness is provided.

This is a solo-developer project, not a company or registered entity. All code, infrastructure, and content are owned and operated personally by Igor Hayfetz. When you use the platform, you are entering a direct agreement with the individual developer, not a corporation.

4. You understand that all generated outputs are artificial and may contain errors, bias, or fabricated data.
5. You accept that the developer is not a party to, nor responsible for, your downstream use of results.

PromptedVisions collects minimal personal data required for account and payment operations:

• Payments are processed by Stripe; PromptedVisions never stores card data.
• Authentication is managed by Firebase Auth.
• Session tokens are stored in httpOnly cookies.
• Data can be deleted upon request: ai@promptedvisions.com.

7. Intellectual Property

• All source code and infrastructure belong to Igor Hayfetz.
• AI-generated outputs are offered under a personal-use license; users may edit or reuse them at their own risk.
• PromptedVisions retains a right to store anonymized, non-identifiable examples for demonstration or improvement.
• Users remain fully responsible for checking originality and third-party rights before public release.

8. Payment Terms

• Payments and subscriptions are processed securely by Stripe.
• Fees are non-refundable once AI generation has started.
• No payment information is handled directly by Igor Hayfetz or PromptedVisions.
• All billing and tax matters are handled automatically through Stripe.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Igor Hayfetz shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
• In no event shall total liability exceed the amount the user paid within the previous 12 months.
• No liability exists for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• The platform is provided without warranty of any kind.

All AI-generated research papers, analyses, or results are not professional advice. They do not replace peer review, laboratory work, or expert consultation. Users must not treat any output as certified scientific evidence or legal documentation.

12. Experimental & Development Status

PromptedVisions is in continuous development. Features, behavior, and models evolve automatically and may change without notice. Downtime, errors, or data loss can occur. By using the platform, you acknowledge its experimental and unstable nature.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement and all use of the platform are governed by the general principles of international contract law and any applicable local laws in the user's country. In case of dispute, users agree to seek resolution through direct communication with Igor Hayfetz (ai@promptedvisions.com) before any legal action.

14. Termination

• Users may request account deletion by emailing privacy@promptedvisions.com.
• The developer may suspend or terminate access for misuse or abuse.
• Data may be deleted permanently 30 days after termination request is processed.
